Strategic: thinking, planning or management? Which will get you where you want to go?

February 19, 2013 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Strategic thinking is not limited to a certain time; it is continual. The most successful strategic plans are the result of this. Strategic management allows best-practice, successful implementation of the Plan. This is all within our grasp; if we only chose to understand & use these tools appropriately. Once we define strategic thinking we can use it to develop our unique Vision/Mission/Values/Goals become the foundation of the strategic plan. All good so far? This is where most companies fail. They don’t apply the APCIMAR to assure the implement is both successful & sustainable.

The presentation will include:
1. Strategic Thinking defined
2. Strategic Thinking assessment tool (takeaway)
3. The distinction between strategic thinking, strategic management and strategic planning
4. How to mesh strategic thinking with planning
5. How to bridge strategy & tactics
6. How to incorporate continuous process improvement (CPI)

COST: $25 for Members | $35 Non-Members
