President's Report
Dear Members,
As I step into my second year as President, I want to express my deep gratitude for the incredible journey we have shared. It has been an honor and a privilege to lead this amazing team.

We enjoyed celebrating our next term at the Board Installation Event to recognize the hard work and efforts of our 2023-2024 term Board members and special volunteers who always go above and beyond to support our IFMA SFV members. Some of our upcoming plans and events were announced, many new members attended and everyone had a great time networking, sharing ideas and enjoying the food and drinks.
Our calendar is filled with exciting events. We have the "Basics of Handling a Firearm" In the August Chapter Program, which will teach life-changing skills to protect yourself, your property, your family, or your clients. We will explore AV and Sustainability in the September Chapter Program.
Be sure to check out our Member Spotlight, which is featured monthly on our website. This August, we are highlighting Jane Lee, who has been a dedicated IFMA member for many years…

Membership Spotlight
Hello! My name is Jane, and I'm a Business Development Associate at AIMMO - an AI data solutions company. I learned about IFMA during the 2024 May Chapter Program and happily joined the SFV chapter, receiving a warm welcome from everyone I interacted with.
In terms of facility management, AIMMO works with various facilities focusing on AI security systems, defect detection, maintenance, and prevention. Please don't hesitate to talk to me about any of the above or just AI in general - I'm always happy to chat :)
Personally, I enjoy working out, playing flute, and hunting for good smoothie bowls. I studied Neuroscience in college, so my reading and research interest lies in behavioral neuroscience and brain hormones as well. Always happy to talk about that too.
So far, I've had a great time and met some amazing people who make me look forward to future events. I'm excited to get to know you all and grow in this community!
