Dear IFMA SFV Members,
A heartfelt thank you to everyone attending our August LA Gun Club program. We had a fantastic turnout, and I hope you enjoy browsing through our photo gallery to relive the moments.
What we do is essential to the industry. Our vision is clear: to shape the built environment's future and positively impact the world. As a member-focused organization, we are dedicated to helping you learn, connect, and advance in your Facility Management careers. Our mission centers on promoting knowledge sharing with integrity and professionalism, supporting and developing our San Fernando Valley IFMA membership through robust programs and educational opportunities, and empowering leadership training and mentoring to ensure the continued success of our chapter.
Looking ahead, our 2024-2025 calendar is brimming with exciting events designed to offer valuable learning and networking experiences – please save the dates now! In September, we have our Wine Tasting event, which will support the IFMA Foundation, a wonderful cause. And our Chapter Program will include Speaker, Troy Thompsen discussing “Transforming Workspace - The Power and Purpose of Art In the Work Environment.” Register now.
As we enter fall, I encourage you to get involved by joining one of our committees or pursuing credentials as a facility manager. These opportunities foster your professional growth and strengthen our association.
