





Our mission is to promote knowledge sharing with integrity and professionalism to our members in the built environment and the practice of facility management. Our goal is to support, sustain, and develop the San Fernando Valley IFMA Membership through programs & education opportunities. Further to empower leadership training and mentoring for the continued success of the San Fernando Valley IFMA Chapter.
FM can be many things. Facilities, Building Services, Workplace Resources, etc. According to the IFMA website: ”Facility management is a profession that encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality of the built environment by integrating people, place, process and technology.”
We invite you to join our Chapter and learn more about this choice of career! Being in the San Fernando Valley, the Chapter represents everything from movie and TV studios, post production houses, corporations, museums and historical sites. IFMA is THE place to tap into the areas and people who completely understand all of your concerns!
In 2017, the SFV Chapter celebrated our 30th year of continuous support and education for the FM community in the San Fernando Valley. We invite you to join us at any one of our monthly programs to see what we can do for you and your Facility Management career.
Every FM eventually gets asked to provide “Back Up Power” so “that never happens again”.
